This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, replacements, and payment-related disputes are handled for courses, training programs, events, workshops, competitions, digital products, publications, consulting services, and other services offered through our website, applications, or official payment channels.
By making any payment, registering for a service, purchasing a product, enrolling in a course, or participating in an event organized by PaSay Webscript Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return & Refund Policy.
PaSay Webscript Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("कंपनी", "हम", "हमारा") की वेबसाइट, कोर्स, प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम, प्रतियोगिताएँ, डिजिटल उत्पाद, प्रकाशन, परामर्श सेवाएँ तथा अन्य सेवाओं के लिए यह वापसी एवं रिफंड नीति लागू होती है।
1. Scope / दायरा
This policy applies to payments made through the official website, authorized payment links, UPI IDs, QR codes, payment gateways, and other officially approved payment methods of PaSay Webscript Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
यह नीति PaSay Webscript Technologies Pvt. Ltd. के आधिकारिक वेबसाइट, भुगतान लिंक, UPI ID, QR कोड, भुगतान गेटवे और अधिकृत भुगतान माध्यमों से किए गए सभी भुगतानों पर लागू होती है।
2. General Overview / सामान्य जानकारी
All payments made for registrations, courses, training programs, competitions, consulting services, digital products, publications, events, workshops, and promotional services are governed by this Refund Policy.
कोर्स, प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम, प्रतियोगिताएँ, परामर्श सेवाएँ, डिजिटल उत्पाद, प्रकाशन, कार्यशालाएँ और अन्य सेवाओं के लिए किए गए सभी भुगतान इस नीति द्वारा नियंत्रित होंगे।
3. Refund Eligibility / रिफंड पात्रता
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment verified by the Company.
- The Company cancels a program, course, workshop, event, or competition and does not offer a suitable alternative.
- A participant completes all required submission requirements but is not selected in the first round of a competition where a refund option has been specifically announced.
- A payment is processed incorrectly due to a verified technical error on the Company's side.
रिफंड निम्न परिस्थितियों में उपलब्ध हो सकता है:
- डुप्लीकेट भुगतान सत्यापित होने पर।
- कंपनी द्वारा कार्यक्रम, कोर्स, कार्यशाला या प्रतियोगिता रद्द किए जाने पर और कोई उपयुक्त विकल्प न दिए जाने पर।
- प्रतिभागी द्वारा सभी आवश्यक शर्तें पूरी करने के बाद भी प्रथम चरण में चयन न होने पर, यदि ऐसी रिफंड सुविधा पहले से घोषित की गई हो।
- कंपनी की ओर से हुई तकनीकी त्रुटि के कारण गलत भुगतान होने पर।
4. Non-Refundable Situations / गैर-वापसी योग्य स्थितियाँ
No refund shall be provided in the following situations:
- Late or incomplete submissions.
- Voluntary withdrawal after registration.
- Violation of rules, terms, or content guidelines.
- Plagiarism, misconduct, or disqualification.
- Services already delivered.
- Digital products already accessed or downloaded.
- Failure due to participant's device, internet, software, or connectivity issues.
- Incorrect payment made to unofficial accounts.
- Promotional, advertising, PR, listing, or portfolio services already initiated.
- Course or workshop attendance after commencement.
Payment gateway charges, bank charges, currency conversion fees, convenience fees, and transaction fees are non-refundable.
निम्न स्थितियों में रिफंड नहीं दिया जाएगा:
- देर से या अधूरी प्रविष्टि।
- पंजीकरण के बाद स्वैच्छिक वापसी।
- नियमों या दिशानिर्देशों का उल्लंघन।
- प्लेगरिज्म, अनुचित आचरण या अयोग्यता।
- पहले से प्रदान की गई सेवाएँ।
- डाउनलोड या एक्सेस किए गए डिजिटल उत्पाद।
- प्रतिभागी की इंटरनेट, डिवाइस या कनेक्टिविटी समस्या।
- अनधिकृत खाते में भुगतान।
- प्रारंभ हो चुकी विज्ञापन, PR या प्रोमोशनल सेवाएँ।
5. Refund Request Process / रिफंड अनुरोध प्रक्रिया
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of the event notification, cancellation notice, or transaction issue.

- Registered Email Address
- Payment Date
- Amount Paid
- UTR / Transaction ID
- Proof of Payment
- Reason for Refund Request

6. Refund Processing / रिफंड प्रक्रिया
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 working days from approval.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method whenever possible.
Bank processing timelines may vary.
स्वीकृत रिफंड सामान्यतः 7–14 कार्य दिवसों में संसाधित किए जाते हैं।
7. Digital Products, Publications & E-Books / डिजिटल उत्पाद, प्रकाशन एवं ई-बुक्स
All digital products, e-books, downloadable files, templates, certificates, publications, magazines, and educational resources are non-refundable once purchased, downloaded, or accessed.
सभी डिजिटल उत्पाद, ई-बुक्स, प्रमाणपत्र, टेम्पलेट्स, पत्रिकाएँ और डाउनलोड योग्य सामग्री खरीद या एक्सेस किए जाने के बाद गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं।
8. Promotional & Value-Added Services / प्रचार एवं मूल्य-वर्धित सेवाएँ
Payments for digital marketing, SEO, advertisements, PR campaigns, sponsored listings, content creation, portfolio features, consultations, branding services, and related services are non-refundable once work has commenced.
SEO, डिजिटल मार्केटिंग, विज्ञापन, ब्रांडिंग, कंटेंट निर्माण, PR सेवाएँ और परामर्श सेवाएँ शुरू होने के बाद गैर-वापसी योग्य हैं।
9. Defamation, Fraud & Misuse / मानहानि, धोखाधड़ी एवं दुरुपयोग
Users shall not publish false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or malicious statements regarding the Company.
The Company reserves the right to deny refunds, suspend services, terminate participation, and pursue legal remedies where fraud, abuse, harassment, misinformation, or malicious conduct is detected.
कंपनी के विरुद्ध झूठी, भ्रामक या मानहानिकारक जानकारी प्रकाशित करने पर कंपनी रिफंड रोक सकती है तथा कानूनी कार्रवाई कर सकती है।
10. Force Majeure / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियाँ
The Company shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Internet outages
- Technical failures
- Security incidents
- Strikes
- Acts of God
In such cases, services may be rescheduled, modified, or substituted.
प्राकृतिक आपदा, महामारी, सरकारी प्रतिबंध, इंटरनेट बाधा या अन्य अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों में कंपनी कार्यक्रम पुनर्निर्धारित या संशोधित कर सकती है।
11. Transfer of Registration / पंजीकरण हस्तांतरण
Registrations are non-transferable unless expressly approved in writing by the Company.
Unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation without refund.
पंजीकरण सामान्यतः हस्तांतरणीय नहीं हैं। अनधिकृत हस्तांतरण पर बिना रिफंड के रद्द किया जा सकता है।
12. Cancellation by the Company / कंपनी द्वारा रद्दीकरण
The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or discontinue any service, event, course, workshop, or competition.
Where appropriate, full or partial refunds may be issued depending on services already delivered.
कंपनी किसी भी कार्यक्रम, सेवा, कोर्स या प्रतियोगिता को संशोधित, स्थगित या रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखती है।
13. Intellectual Property & Publication Rights / बौद्धिक संपदा एवं प्रकाशन अधिकार
Where participants voluntarily submit content, artwork, writing, videos, photographs, testimonials, assignments, or creative works, they grant PaSay Webscript Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to publish, display, archive, promote, and use such content.
Refund requests do not revoke publication rights already granted.
प्रस्तुत की गई सामग्री के प्रकाशन एवं प्रचार के अधिकार कंपनी के पास रहेंगे। रिफंड लेने से यह अधिकार समाप्त नहीं होंगे।
14. Limitation of Liability / उत्तरदायित्व की सीमा
The Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the participant for the relevant service.
No indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages shall be payable.
कंपनी की अधिकतम जिम्मेदारी संबंधित सेवा के लिए भुगतान की गई राशि तक सीमित होगी।
15. Fraud Prevention & Verification / धोखाधड़ी रोकथाम एवं सत्यापन
Additional documents may be requested before processing any refund.
False refund claims, payment manipulation, or misuse may result in disqualification, account suspension, blacklisting, or legal action.
धोखाधड़ी रोकने हेतु अतिरिक्त सत्यापन दस्तावेज़ मांगे जा सकते हैं।
16. Changes to this Policy / नीति में परिवर्तन
PaSay Webscript Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may revise this Policy at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the official website and become effective immediately upon publication.
कंपनी समय-समय पर इस नीति में संशोधन कर सकती है।
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction / लागू कानून एवं अधिकार क्षेत्र
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
यह नीति भारत के कानूनों द्वारा शासित होगी तथा सभी विवाद भोपाल, मध्य प्रदेश के न्यायालयों के अधिकार क्षेत्र में होंगे।
